- Extra/Shorter length on your bridal gown is an additional charge
- Fabric can be ordered at an additional charge.
- Bridesmaids gowns will be delivered in 12 - 16 weeks - we cannot be held liable for early deliveries or shipping delays beyond our control - we recommned ordering well in advance.

- Once your deposit is received in full your order will be placed.
- You will receive confirmatin of your order, receipts and fabric swatches where available and approximate shipping date within 10 days of placing your order - if you do not receieve confirmation please contact us via email.
- Gowns cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully.
- Gowns cannot be exchanged or replaced if you do not like your choice of gown or colour once your recieve them.
- Orders are final. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.
- Gowns will be ordered to correspond to your measurements as closely as possible, however please be aware that gowns are standard sizing only and in most cases they will require alterations. Alterations are your responsiblitly and are not included in your purchase price.
- By shopping on-line you agree to the above terms and conditions and are fully aware that once you place your order it is final. We shall under no circumstances accept any liability for the measurements you provide/hollow to hem measurements or sizing of gowns due to weight loss/gain or pregnancy.
