Deposits/Balances

To order our gowns we require a 50% deposit, however,   we understand that finding your dream gown doesn't always happen at just the right moment, therefore, we are happy to offer you payment options to make your gown more affordable and the purchase of your gowns less stressful.

You can choose to pay your deposit in (2) ways.

1. As (1) lump sum either using eftpos/credit/cash or direct bank deposit. With this option your gown/s is ordered immediately
2. As a lay-by - This is great if you want to order gowns at least 6, 8, 12 months or more in advance of your wedding date. If you choose to pay your gown/s deposit as a lay-by you can pay affordable instalment amounts to suit your budget, we will not nominate the amount that you need to pay each time but will allow you to pay amounts that suit your budget, whether its $50 one time, $100 another and so on, you can even miss weeks if you have other expenses!. Payments can be made in store, over the phone, or direct into our bank account.  Once your payments reach the 50% required your gown/s will be ordered. Just remember that you need to  have your 50% paid in time to meet your ordering deadline for delivery.  You can then continue to make payments until your gown is paid in full, or you can choose to pay the 50% balance in full when your gown arrives.  

Bridesmaids

Ideally, we like one person to be nominated as 'in charge' of the account, this means they are responsible for collecting the payments of each bridesmaid and then paying the money to us.

However, as each wedding party is different and all brides and bridesmaids have their own systems and budgets we can be adaptable.

1. You could choose the lay-by option as above or lump sum payments.
2. You can choose to pay as a group in one payment or individually.  As long as your gowns are paid in full when they arrive in store we are  happy.
